Manuka honey is known globally for its unique properties. This is a multifloral Manuka because there was Kamahi flowering at the same time. This gives a slightly sweeter taste and chewier texture than monofloral Manuka.
The Manuka honey 100+Mg Grading system means this honey contains at least 100mg per kg of Methylgloxal(MG) as tested by an independent laboratory.
Our honey is creamed. The creaming process maintains the smooth consistency and flavours that everyone enjoys while retaining all of the nutritional benefits of the honey.
